Wie steuere ich das Spiel?

Zieh mit dem Finger nach links und rechts, dann folgt dir der Trupp, das Sprungtuch oder die Schlange. Beim Löschwagen hältst du den Finger zum Spritzen und ziehst, um den Schlauch zu schwenken.

Was kostet das Spiel?

Die ersten 10 Level sind gratis. Einmalig 2,99 € schalten alle 60 Level und den Dauereinsatz frei. Es gibt weder Werbung noch Abo.

Ich habe schon gekauft, aber das Spiel ist gesperrt.

Tippe im Hauptmenü auf den i-Knopf und dann auf „Kauf wiederherstellen“. Melde dich mit demselben Apple-Konto an, mit dem du gekauft hast. Dafür ist kurz eine Internetverbindung nötig.

Kann meine Familie den Kauf mitnutzen?

Ja, die Vollversion lässt sich über Apples Familienfreigabe teilen, wenn du sie eingerichtet hast.

Brauche ich Internet zum Spielen?

Nein. Nur Kauf und Wiederherstellen brauchen eine Verbindung.

Wie lösche ich meinen Spielstand?

Lösche die App vom Gerät. Dein Spielstand wird nicht online gespeichert. Ein Kauf bleibt erhalten und lässt sich wiederherstellen.

Wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück?

Rückerstattungen laufen über Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I control the game?

Drag left and right and your crew, the net or the line follows. At the fire engine, hold your finger to spray and drag to swing the hose.

What does the game cost?

The first 10 levels are free. A one-time purchase unlocks all 60 levels and the Endless Mission. There are no ads and no subscription.

I already bought it, but the game is locked.

Tap the i button in the main menu, then "Restore purchase". Use the same Apple account you bought it with. This needs a brief internet connection.

Can my family share the purchase?

Yes, the full version can be shared through Apple's Family Sharing if you have set it up.

Do I need internet to play?

No. Only buying and restoring need a connection.

How do I delete my progress?

Delete the app from your device. Progress is not stored online. A purchase is kept and can be restored.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
